The Body Shop does not have the option to ship one order to multiple addresses.
If you would like your order to reach multiple addresses, the best thing to do is to place separate online orders, amending the shipping address details for each order.
The Body Shop currently uses Fedex for Ground shipping and UPS for Two Day and Next Day shipping. You can choose between Ground, Two Day, or Next Day shipping.

No, you are not able to change your payment details once your order has been submitted. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please see information on canceling your order.
Once your order is placed, it immediately goes to warehouse for processing. This ensures that The Body Shop is able to ship your order quickly so you get your products as soon as possible, but it also means The Body Shop is unable to modify or cancel your order.
Once your order has been submitted, you are unable to change the date of your delivery. However, if you selected express delivery you will be contacted when the order is going to be delivered and give you the option to change the delivery date. Ground delivery is delivered via UPS and therefore you will not have this option.
If you decide to checkout on our website using PayPal, please be aware that the address that is used for your delivery will be automatically pulled through from your default address on your PayPal account.
When you checkout and select the option to pay via PayPal, you'll be asked to log into your PayPal account. You will need to change the delivery address if you'd like your delivery to go to an alternative address.
If you checked out as a guest, and therefore don't have an account, you can track your order by waiting for your order confirmation email.
When you place an order with us, you receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation, the second is the shipping confirmation. On this second email is the link you need to track your order on the shipping company's site.
