For product purchased on thirtytwo.com online store, ThirtyTwo offers a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to warehouse within 30 days from point of purchase for a refund or store credit. ThirtyTwo cannot accept returns purchased outside of the Thirty Two website. Items must include original tags or shoebox, be unwashed, unworn/unused, and be free of smoke smell, pet hair, or cleaning product. ThirtyTwo recommends trying on boots in a carpeted area. If their returns warehouse finds your product not suitable for return ThirtyTwo will ship it back to you immediately and no refund or store credit will be issued.

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not shipped. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label with your order if you'd like to send your item back once you receive it. ThirtyTwo is unable to process direct exchanges, but will be happy to process a refund or store credit so you can make a replacement order.
