If Part Of My Event is Cancelled, Will I Get a Refund?

No, if your event is only partially cancelled, or if a performer, artist, or player is unable to perform, you will not receive a refund. TicketCity will operate off venue refund policies for partially cancelled events.

If My Event is Rescheduled, Will I Get a Refund?

No, for rescheduled events, you are not eligible to receive a refund as your tickets are valid for the rescheduled date.

If My Event is Cancelled, Will I Get a Refund?

If you event was entirely cancelled, you are eligible to receive a refund under the refund policy stated in Terms of Use. If your event is only partially cancelled, or if a performer, artist, or player is unable to perform, you will not receive a refund.

What is TicketCity's Refund Policy?

A full refund of the purchase price will be provided upon confirmation of a cancelled event. To qualify for a refund, you must return your tickets as soon as possible, but in all cases, within ten (10) business days after you are offered a refund. No refunds will be given without the original tickets, unless otherwise determined by our service provider in its sole discretion. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded, and your tickets will be valid for the later date. The service provider, in its sole discretion, will determine when an event is cancelled.

Can I Cancel My Order At TicketCity?

No, all sales are final. Once you submit an order, it cannot be cancelled by you, the customer. Please make sure you are buying the tickets you want, for the correct event and date before you click Place Order.
