When Will I Be Charged for My Order If I Pick Up In Store?

You are charged at the time of purchase, so you won’t owe anything in the store.

When Can I Pick Up My Order From a Store?

You will receive an email when your order is Ready for Pickup. Once you receive this email, your order is held for 14 before your order is canceled.

What Do I Need to Pick Up My Order From the Selected Store?

Valid ID

Copy of the receipt (email or paper are fine)

How Do I Ship My Order to a Store?

For convenience, you can place an order from Timberland.com and choose to have your order delivered right to your nearest Timberland® store (see below for list of participating stores).

How Do Custom Products Ship?

  • Customized products always ship FREE!
  • These items do require a signature for delivery.
  • Unfortunately, Timberland is unable to ship custom products to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Customized products are shipped using an expedited delivery service to minimize transit time.
  • Manufacturing time for customized products varies depending on the style, usually 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping times are approximate. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Deliveries will be attempted Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Does Timberland Ship to Canada?

Timberland doesn't ship directly to Canada at this time. Some of the Canadian customers do order from Timberland, and then use a freight forwarding service
