My Item is Out Of Stock, What Happens Now?

Tiny People apologises for items that on a rare occasion are out of stock. Tiny People will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help with an alternative product.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

Exchanges and store credits will be processed within 72 business hours of receiving the item, you will receive email confirmation that this is complete. 

All store credits or refunds (faulty items only) will exclude shipping charges.

Can I Exchange Swimwear?

Swimwear can be exchanged providing protective stickers remain intact. Do not remove them until you are certain about your purchase.

How Long Do I Have to Send My Items Back?

Returned items must be received by Tiny People within ten (10) days of approval. Items received outside this window will not be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

Where Do I Send My Items?

Return address details will be provided automatically once your return is approved in portal.   

Please include a pre-paid postage satchel for all exchanges. Alternatively Tiny People can provide one for $9.95.

Do I Need an Exchange Reference Number?

Yes, please include your return accepted email and order number with your return. This number ensure Tiny People can easily identify the exchange transaction.

I Cannot Find Anything I Like to Exchange My Item For, What Happens Now?

You can obtain a store credit which is valid for 6 months. 

In approved instances where a return is granted a 20% restocking fee may be charged to cover costs, such as full shipping, merchant charges and handling costs.

How Can I Arrange an Exchange Or Store Credit?

Simply visit returns portal within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you would like to exchange your items, please confirm the style, size and colour you would like. You will also need to provide a pre-paid postal satchel. 

Shipping fees will not be refunded or added to store credit values.

What is the Details Of Bulky Items?

Bulky items may not be sent via Express Post and may instead be sent by a courier service of Tiny People's choosing. 

Please note, some products are only available for delivery within Australia due to their size and or fragile composition.

Does Tiny People Offer Express Shipping?

Australian deliveries are sent via Express Post through the Australia Post network. 

International deliveries are sent via DHL.

Does Tiny People Accept Pre-order Items?

All orders that contain both stocket items and pre-order items will not be sent until all the pre-order items are in the store. 

If you would like the readily available items sent earlier, please place two separate orders.
