What Do I Do When I Receive My Order?

When you receive your delivery, be certain to write crushed boxes or crushed corners on the freight bill before signing your name. This is the only way you will be able to receive replacement merchandise in the event of concealed freight damage at no additional charge.

What Happens If the Product I Receive is Damaged?

In the rare event that you do receive damaged merchandise, please contact customer care department immediately. All damages must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.

How Do I Pay for My Totally Kids Order?

Once you’ve added items to your shopping cart, you may pay online. Totally Kids accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. To pay via check, money order or wire transfer, please contact Personal Shoppers.

Is There Sales Tax?

There is NO sale tax on orders shipped outside of Minnesota. Sales tax is applied to all orders shipping within and to Minnesota.

How Old Do Children Have to Be to Sleep In a Top Bunk Or Loft?

It is recommended that children under the age of 6 years old do not sleep on the top bunk.

Do Bunk / Loft Beds Require a Box Spring?

Totally Kids' bunk beds and loft beds do not require a box spring. The mattress is supported by Euro-slats, which are wooden or metal slats that the mattress sits on. Most of beds include the Euro-slats, however some do not. The product description will state if the Euro-slats are included.

If I Order Today, How Long Will It Be Until I Receive My Order?

For orders shipping within the contiguous United States, the typical lead time from payment confirmation to having product in your home is generally 2-3 weeks. There are some items that may take 7-10 business days and others that are custom-made which may take 6-10 weeks. Please contact one of Personal Shoppers to get a more accurate lead time on the item you are interested in. All lead times are estimated and subject to change. Special orders may take longer than estimated.

Will My New Furniture Be Assembled Upon Delivery?

Standard curbside shipping rates do not include inside delivery assembly services. Inside delivery and assembly is available upon request in some areas throughout the USA for an additional charge. Please contact Personal Shoppers for these options.

How is My Furniture Shipped?

Totally Kids'  furniture is shipped via UPS, FED EX, and LTL Freight Carriers depending on the items. All shipments include a standard, curbside delivery where the boxes are taken off of the truck, but are not brought inside your home. Inside delivery and assembly services are available in some areas for an additional charge. All furniture is shipped furniture class and is fully insured. When your order is shipped, you will be contacted via phone and email with your tracking information. Once your order has reached the destination area, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping prices vary depending upon the items being shipped and their end destination. Totally Kids will do their best to offer customers the most cost-effective shipping prices possible.
