TOUS USA FAQ

I Have Just Placed and Order. Can I Cancel Or Change It?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.

You have an option to cancel but you need to be quick about it. Please contact Customer Service immediately, and they will do their best to fulfil your request. However TOUS USA cannot promise that they will be able to cancel the delivery if you have already received an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has already been shipped.

How Do I Return Items to TOUS USA?

All returns must be sent to the Return Service Center at the purchaser's expense with the original packing slip / certificate of authenticity. Return address labels have been provided together with your packing slip for your convenience.

As proof of your return, TOUS USA recommends that you always save the shipping receipt from the carrier.

Has My Order Been Shipped?

As soon as your order has been sent out, TOUS USA will send an e-mail letting you know.

If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please contact Customer Service, and TOUS USA will look into it.

If you created an account before you submitted your order, you can track your orders by visiting "My Account" and clicking on "Order history". There you can review your past orders and the status of your current order.

If you did not create an account, or if you signed up after placing your order, you will not be able to see the order status. If your order has not been delivered within the given timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team who will track it down for you.

Do I Have to Pay Customs and Import Charges?

No - all customs and import charges are included in the price of the order. However, if taxes and duties have been levied on top of your order, please get in touch with Customer Service for assistance.

Where Do You Ship To?

TOUS USA currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States.

TOUS USA does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, P.O Box-es and the U.S Virgin Islands.

When Will Be I Charged?

When you place your order, the charge will be authorised on your card and you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been successful. TOUS USA will not charge your card until TOUS USA processes your order and ship it from warehouse.

If it is not authorised, no charge will appear on your card and you will be notified immediately on the screen that payment hasn't been successful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment.

What Currencies Can I Use on TOUS USA?

You can pay in the currencies listed below: United States dollars ($)

All prices are shown in the currency of reference for your country. Your delivery address will decide the curency you are charged in.

If a different currency applies to the billing address than the delivery address, your bank may apply an exchange rate or charge a comission. This is beyond our control.

How Do I Pay for My Order In TOUS USA?

There are a number of payment options to choose from: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover and Paypal.

All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and TOUS to ensure security and to prevent fraud.
