How to Return a Product?
When you decide to return a product, please be sure about conditions below;
- Package of the products must not be damaged and the content of the package must be full with no missing pieces.
- Products must not be formerly used and damaged.
- Products must be complete with the original package, including all accessories.
- You need to fulfill the return document on the back of your invoice and sign it.

What is International Return Policy?
When you want to return your products, you need to pay for delivery charges. Upon receival of your order you must return within 14 days. When you receive your order, please be sure that the package is not damaged on shipment. If you see any problem with the package, please have a damage report from the delivery company. Special desigend and Evening Dresses and Abayas must be returned witin same day of receival. Products that are about to pass their expiration date can not be returned. Home Textile products must be in their original form and undamaged. Once your returned goods arrive to Warehouse and your returned approved your money will be put back into your account or credit card within 3 days.
