How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order in Trade Secret?

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, it immediately goes to the warehouse to be fulfilled to ensure a quick delivery. As a result, Trade Secret is unable to cancel or modify your order. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please email customerservice@tradesecret.com to initiate a return.

I've Returned My Order to the Warehouse, But I Don't See the Credit Back to My Credit Card. What Do I Do?

Trade Secret refunds all transactions made on the tradesecret.com via Paypal and Authorize.net. Trade Secret's third party payment gateway provider (Authorize.net) administers the refund back to your credit card provider. Unfortunately, this return does not show up on your credit card statement, even though the refund has been initiated. Please call your credit card company to confirm that the credit has been returned. This process takes 7-10 business days to fully process.

When Will I Get My Order Status Email?

Shortly after you have successfully placed your order with tradesecret.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding your recent order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupon or gift cards, your "Ship To" and "Bill To" information, and the shipping method.
