What is the Detail Of UK Free Returns Policy?
The UK customers can now take advantage of new DPD pickup service, which allows you to return your order by dropping it off at one of 2,500 locations.
Simply place items to be returned into a box/bag as they were sent to you, including all packaging, and fill out the DPD returns label included in your delivery. Attach it to the outside of the parcel and drop the item off at your nearest DPD pick up location.
For full price, sized goods (i.e. shirts, trousers, jackets, coats) returns will be free of charge via DPD pickup. For non-sized items (i.e. ties, pocket squares, scarves) or sale items, we will deduct £4.00 from your refund before processing. Head to www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator to find your nearest DPD pickup location. Please note that this service is currently not available to customers in Northern Ireland.
What Payment Methods Can I Choose?
Turnbull & Asser accepts payment by AMEX (American Express), Diners (International), Electron, JCB, Maestro, Maestro International, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Credit, Visa Debit (Delta), and Visa/Mastercard Purchasing.
Please note that Turnbull & Asser does not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment on-line.
Turnbull & Asser is pleased to announce that we also now accept payment via PayPal - enabling you to complete your purchase even quicker and in any currency.
What is the Delivery Policy Of European Union Countries and Non Mainland UK?
(Includes: Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Azores, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and San Marino, together with non mainland UK delivery areas) UPS Service : Please allow 3-5 working days, from the date of despatch, for delivery of the products you have purchased on the turnbullandasser.co.uk website.
A charge of £14.00 will be made to cover postage and packing on orders sent to a single EU or Non Mainland UK address. All orders exceeding £250 in value will be delivered Free of Charge using the Standard Service level.
What is the Delivery Policy Of Turnbull & Asser?
All delivery charges are quoted inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
All deliveries are subject to product availability.
The order cut-off time is 19:00hrs GMT for UK Mainland orders and 14.00hrs GMT for EU and International orders. Orders placed before this time on a normal business day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following normal business day.
With the exception of Russia and China all the UK Mainland deliveries are made by DPD, with European and International deliveries made by UPS. All orders going to Russia and China will be delivered by Royal Mail using the International Signed For service. All deliveries must be signed for.
Delivery costs are quoted for each order and are not dependent on the number of items being delivered.
When your goods have been despatched we will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail. Included in this e-mail will be a DPD / UPS Airwaybill number that will allow you to track the progress of your parcel on the DPD / UPS website.
