Where Can I Use My UGG Gift Card?

UGG Gift Cards can be used online at https://www.ugg.com/ to purchase any of our products, aside from other Gift Cards. To redeem online provide the Gift Card number and security code in the "payment information" area during checkout.

My Package is Marked As Delivered, But I Cannot Find It. What Can I Do?

If your tracking number says the package has been delivered but you are unable to find it, please:

  • Search your property; the package may be hidden.
  • Check with your neighbors.
  • If the package is not located, call us at 1.888.432.8530 for further assistance.

How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

No modifications can be made to an order after it is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you will have 30 minutes to do so from the time the order is placed. After 30 minutes, your order will ship as scheduled. To cancel your order, login to your UGG Account and cancel the order from there. If you are unable to cancel the order under your account, please call or chat for assistance.

Can I Track the Progress Of My Order?

Provided that a valid email address was entered when placing the order UGG will email you after the order is placed. The initial email serves as a confirmation of the order details. Once the order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse you will receive a second email containing the shipping tracking number. Please note – the tracking information provided in the email may not be available on the website immediately. If you cannot find a status for your tracking number online, please check back for updated tracking information ten hours after receiving the initial email. If the tracking number still fails to track the package after this duration of time please contact their customer service department at 888-432-8530 so that they can investigate the situation further.

UGG By You custom orders have an additional communication point. You will receive an email alerting you that they have started manufacturing your product shortly after you receive your confirmation email.

How Can I Track My Return Or Exchange?

After your item has been received, it may take up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.

Once your return is processed, all notifications will be sent to you via email regarding your refund or exchanged item.

Does UGG Offer Repairs?

UGG does not offer repairs for any damaged products at this time.

The UGG® warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase and applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to UGG® which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that UGG® can offer an exchange or credit but does not perform repairs.

How Long Will It Take for My Return to Be Processed?

All returns are processed in California. Estimated turnaround times can vary based on your location:

  • East Coast 6 to 8 Business Days
  • Midwest 5 to 7 Business Days
  • West Coast 4 to 6 Business Days

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If you used a pre-paid shipping return label that was provided during your online purchase, you may track your return at the following link. Please enter your order number when promoted.

What's the UGG'S Returns Policy?

To be eligible for return, your product must meet the following criteria: 

  • Be an authentic UGG® product 
  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Be in a new and unused condition

If your product does not meet all of the above criteria, it may still be eligible for return under our warranty policy.  

Please note, footwear returns must be sent back as a complete pair. Incomplete or mismatched pairs will not be accepted.
