If I Need to Return Glasses to Vintage Frames Company, How Should I Do That?

Place the frame back into its original packaging and seal the box. Write the RA number on the box (RA number is provided by service department at info@vintageframes.com). Take extra care on the customs declaration on your shipping paperwork to avoid unnecessary import duty when Vintage Frames Company receive them. Mark the goods as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty" in the shipping documents. Any costs that Vintage Frames Company incur for returned goods will be deducted from the refund. If you ship the goods back via a courier (Fedex, UPS etc.) there may be a clearance charge which Vintage Frames Company will have to subtract from the credit.

Will I Get a Full Refund?

NO REFUNDS - Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, Vintage Frames Company will issue a credit minus shipping charges. Any costs that Vintage Frames Company may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 7-day return policy from the date of receiving. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

What Happens If I Receive Faulty/damaged Frames?

Vintage Frames Company takes great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact service department at info@vintageframes.com. Vintage Frames Company will spare no expense to satisfy their customers.

Can I Return Frames If I Don't Like Them?

Yes, you can return frames within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange or store credit (does not apply to VF by Vintage Frames). All goods must be returned to Vintage Frames Company in the exact condition you received them including all packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded. Before returning any items, please contact service department at info@vintageframes.com, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA). The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipment box and the shipping documents should be cleared marked as warranty returns.

Can I Ship to an Address Other Than Billing Address?

Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases of high-end luxury items, the Vintage Frames Company only ships to shipping addresses that match the billing address at the time of purchase. However, Vintage Frames Company will recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address. If you need to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, Vintage Frames Company will require that you contact them directly before placing your order at which point you can discuss your situation with one of their staff members.

How Much Does Shipping Cost At Vintage Frames Company?
