Since the signature of an adult 21 or older is required by law to receive a wine package, many of our customers have their wine shipments sent to their workplace. If you want to change your shipping address, please email Virgin Wines via secure form or call 1-866-426-0336, Monday through Friday 8 am to 11 pm Eastern or Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern.
Absolutely, as long as the recipient is over 21 and resides in a state where Virgin Wines offers delivery. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address when you place your order and click “Yes” in the Gift Options section of checkout to indicate that the order is a gift.
You will have the option of providing the recipient’s email address so Virgin Wines can send them a personalized email letting them know your gift is on the way (and so they can ensure an adult is at home to receive delivery). Rest assured, their email address will not be used for marketing purposes by Virgin Wines or anyone else. You can also add a short gift message to be printed on the invoice included with the shipment (and in the gift email, if you choose to have one sent).
When you place an order, Virgin Wines will authorize your credit card. An authorization does NOT charge your card, but some banks may hold the authorization for the purchase amount on a customer's card for 7-10 business days. This hold may appear on your statement as a “pending charge.” Your card will be charged when your order is sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping.
Yes. Creating an account will allow you to: store shipping and payment information for use on future purchases, check the status of your orders and rate the wines you’ve received. If you prefer, you can place your order without registering by selecting the Guest option during checkout.

Virgin Wines is unable to order wines that they do not normally stock. A number of thei wines are exclusive to us and come from smaller boutique wineries. Wine Advisors would be happy to help you choose an alternative wine from our selections to meet your style and budget.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is $19.99 for your first case (up to 15 bottles) and $14.99 for any additional cases purchased within the same order.
Similarly – and unless otherwise stated – delivery for wine accessories (glassware etc.) is $19.99 for your first item and $14.99 for subsequent items within the same order.
For Unlimited members, delivery is FREE on all orders of 12 or more bottles and all wine accessories.
An order may be changed or modified with a different payment method or shipping address if it is not yet being prepared for shipment.
