Vivobarefoot makes every effort to maintain a healthy supply of stock all year round, but shoes move quickly! If there’s a still you’ve been waiting for it’s best to purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If you request a refund for your order, you will be refunded the purchase value of the order after the discount was applied. If you return other items in the order, these will be refunded minus the price of the FREE or discounted item.
Vivobarefoot process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 working days, and if you haven’t received your refund by then please contact the customer care.
All shoes purchased from Vivobarefoot come with a 6-month sustainable guarantee. If your shoes are faulty or haven’t held up as well as they should, please let Vivobarefoot know! Just provide proof of purchase, and Vivobarefoot will be happy to get a replacement pair out to you. It isn’t always possible to provide an identical replacement, but the customer care team will do their best to ensure your replacement pair is fit for purpose.
Vivobarefoot will usually ask you to send photos of the style, and in some cases to send them back to them. That way, Vivobarefoot can prevent any future faults!
Vivobarefoot is confident that after experiencing the joys of natural foot freedom, your feet won't want to go back to 'normal' shoes.
So confident, Vivobarefoot has introduced a 100 day trial to all orders. If you change your mind within that period, they are happy for you to return your shoes for a full refund with no hassle.
Your trial will commence automatically from the date your order arrives. Simply check out with your shoes as usual and Vivobarefoot will take care of the rest. (Standard Ts and Cs apply).
