If I Order the Wrong Size Can I Return the Item?
Yes, you may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of VonZipper receiving your return. They do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange any product you will need to return it for a full refund and place a new order online.
Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax If I Want to Buy Something On VonZipper?
Only residents in CA are required to pay sales tax.

How Can I Track My Order of VonZipper?
Once your order ships the tracking information will be available in the shipping confirmation and on the orders page once you've logged into your account.
Has My Order Shipped?
Most orders placed by 12PM PST will ship the same day (not including weekends or holidays) from the receipt of your order. Some orders may be subject to additional verification, which can delay shipping.
