How Do I Make a Purchase?
Simply visit Whatlovely's website, on the product page click the 'Add To Cart' button. You'll be then given the option of continuing to shop or checking out. When you're ready to pay, check out and pay via PayPal.
How Do I Ship Items Back?
Return parcels must be sent with a tracking number. Please also write your order number on the parcel.
What If My Order Doesn’t Fit?
Whatlovely asks that you check measurements carefully before buying and Whatlovely does his very best to ensure that all size charts are accurate, therefore Whatlovely does not offer refunds for items that do not fit. As noted in the descriptions, Whatlovely measures items by hand and there may be a 1-3 cm difference to the chart.
What Sizes Do Whatlovely Stock?
Most of Whatlovely's items run XS or S to XL with some going up to a 5XL. Please check measurements carefully and don’t worry if you need a 5XL. Asian sizes are usually smaller than Western and it doesn’t mean you’re extra, extra large!

Generally Whatlovely's clothes are a little on the smaller side as they are Asian BUT please check the size chart carefully before ordering and buy the product by the measurements, NOT by the size.
