For international deliveries Wiggle use different couriers according to the destination of the order. In the checkout Wiggle specify whether the delivery method is tracked or untracked, you will be required to add an item to your basket to view this. If the delivery method selected comes with tracking you will receive your tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched.
Some of these deliveries may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you have entered a valid delivery address; Wiggle will not be held responsible for parcels delivered to hotel addresses.
If your parcel does not arrive within the specified delivery time please contact Wiggle. Customer service representatives will be able to help.
Please note: bulky/high value orders may be upgraded to a tracked courier. This is at the discretion of processing team to ensure your order arrives with you safely.
The price of delivery outside of the UK is dependent on the weight of the order. You will be able to see the shipping cost of your order when you view your wiggle shopping basket. You will also be able to see the free delivery threshold in your Wiggle shopping basket.
The calculation of delivery costs takes into account the weight and volume of each item. When you add an item to your cart, shipping costs automatically refresh. Delivery times are dependant on many factors but Wiggle works hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery in Europe will take approximately 2-5 days after despatch and worldwide will take 3-10 days from despatch.
You can also choose to add priority despatch to your order. Priority Despatch means Wiggle despatch your goods as soon as they can after they receive your order. If you do not choose priority despatch your order may take an additional 2-3 days to be processed during peak times before it is despatched.

Free delivery is available to every country that wiggle deliver to although each country outside of the UK has its own minimum spend to qualify for free delivery. Free delivery is available on all orders excluding bulky items. The value of the minimum spend will be displayed in your wiggle shopping basket.

Wiggle offers courier delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.
If your order qualifies for the courier service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the Basket and Checkout pages. Here you can select which delivery method you would like.
If you select to upgrade to the traceable courier service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.
The courier delivery option is available when one of the items in your order is in stock. If your order contains items which are currently on order (i.e. items marked as 'none in stock' or 'out of stock') these will be sent via priority delivery once they arrive in warehouse.
Courier delivery is not available for customized items or bikes, however Wiggle may choose to despatch your order using a courier.

Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions along with standard returns procedure.
To help Wiggle deal with your return to Wiggle quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.
Limited stock or end of line products are allocated to active orders first. Stock availability can be checked at any time on the website by following these steps:
Important note for Finance orders (only available to UK customers) - A finance order doesn't become active until the finance company receives your completed application form through the post. This delay means that you may lose out. To ensure you keep your place in the line, you should submit an order paid by credit or debit card

Please note: Although an item may have been discontinued by the supplier, if a customer returns an unused item Wiggle will list this on site for resale.
