If, despite the careful quality control, products purchased in the online boutique give you reason for complaint, please return these items to using the return label that was enclosed in your package and mark the return reason as "complaint". Please note that for organization reasons Wolford can only accept returns and complaints for items that were purchased in the Wolford Online Shop. If you purchased your item at one of our boutique, please use the Store Locater at the bottom of the page to quickly and easily contact the location where you purchased the product.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
As soon as your order leaves our logistics department, you will receive an e-mail with further details on the delivery date. In this e-mail you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact transport status of your shipment online.
If you choose the "standard delivery" option, you do not have to pay shipping costs it is always free of charge. However, if you have selected "Express Delivery", you must pay the costs for each individual order. Furthermore, once an order has been completed in the online shop it cannot be combined with another order.
Wolford will deliver to any location in the country that each online shop serves. Unfortunately Wolford cannot deliver packages internationally. Please find the online shop that serves the country where you would like your package shipped in order to avoid confusion.
You can return an item within 30 days, free of charge.
Normal ground delivery within the United States is FREE.

You can also place an order as a guest, but you must provide your e-mail address so that Wolford can send you a confirmation mail. In addition, this e-mail contains a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment.

Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, you can simply return the goods to Wolford at any time within 30 days of receipt.
Each Wolford shipment includes a FedEx return label for your convenience in the event of defective products or other problems. Unfortunately Wolford do not offer pickup service in the United States. If your package did not include a label, or you need an additional label, please contact their customer service team at (800) 488-3906.
Credit
If you have already paid, Wolford will credit the amount back to your bank account, PayPal account or your credit card. If the purchase was invoiced, you can reduce the amount invoiced accordingly.
