What Do I Do If My Order is Incomplete, Incorrect Or Damaged?

If you order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please Contact Us via email care@wonderchef.in or call Wonderchef on +91 9152729455 within 72 hours of receipt.

Customer Service hours are Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.(Lunch break -1:30 PM to 2.00 PM) 

  • If a product has been authorized for a return by www.wonderchef.in, the customer has 7 business days in which to make the return. A Return Number will be provided by www.wonderchef.in dependant on the damage or fault. Upon receiving this number the customer must return the product(s) within 7 days. No refund, store credit or replacement will be provided until the faulty or damaged product or products are received for evaluation by www.wonderchef.in. 
  • If a product has been authorized for a return by www.wonderchef.in, you (the customer) must ensure the product or products are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage. This must be accompanied with the purchase receipt. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number for the return. The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product/products. 
  • If a product has been authorized for a return by www.wonderchef.in, the product or products must be in the same condition in which you received them and the product or products must be unopened, not used.

What is the Refund Policy Of Wonderchef?

In the event where there are defects in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Wonderchef after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Platforms. The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product 

The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products. The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Wonderchef reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.

What is the Cancellation Policy Of Wonderchef?

  • Cancellation before shipment: 

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on care@wonderchef.in or call Wonderchef on +91 9152729455

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request. 

  • Cancellation post shipment: 

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with Customer Support team on care@wonderchef.in or call Wonderchef on +91 9152729455

Once Wonderchef receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, Post examination we’ll refund your money within 24-48 business hours.

How Do I Return a Package?

For your convenience, the Return Form includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to  Wonderchef. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package via BlueDart or FedEx or insured parcel post.
