How Do I Get Refunded for Product Purchased With Cash Or Check?

If products were purchased directly from a YELLOOW representative’s personal inventory using cash or check, please contact the YELLOOW representative to begin the return process. If contact with the representative is not possible, contact YELLOOW customer support for assistance by emailing info@yelloow.com.

How Do I Return a YELLOOW Product If It Was a Gift?

All products must have the original order number to be returned. YELLOOW is happy to help find the order number for products received as a gift. Contact YELLOOW customer support for assistance by emailing info@yelloow.com. YELLOOW will need the name and/or email address of the person you received the gift from. If the product is returned within 90 days of original purchase, YELLOOW is happy to process an exchange or issue you store credit towards a different product.

When Will I Receive My Refund From Yelloow Beauty?

Refunds are processed within 5-business days after your return has been received. Once the return is processed, the refund should be available within 1-10 business days, depending on your credit card company and/or their billing cycle.

My Product is On Back Order. Can I Cancel It?

Yes. If your product is on back order and hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact the YELLOOW customer support for assistance by emailing info@yelloow.com.
