How to Return an Item At Zazzle?

  1. Contact Customer Care to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment. 
  2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit, or a refund.
  3. Once the topic is selected, you will be asked to select the product that you want to return.
  4. Use the Upload File button to proactively provide digital images of damaged or defective products.

What is the Zazzle Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. 

How to Change the Shipping Method On an Open Zazzle Order?

As with Product Details, once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the shipping method selected at checkout cannot be altered. However, you are free cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in "pending" status (and has not yet entered production stream). 

Typically, you have 1 hour from the time your order was placed to cancel the order (through your Zazzle account) and make any changes you deem necessary. Canceling your order in this manner will automatically add the cancelled items back to your shopping cart where you can make edits (by clicking on the thumbnails of the items you wish to change, making the edits, and then re-adding it to the cart). Once the desired products are in the cart, proceed to the checkout and make the necessary changes to the shipping method.

How to Change Product Details On an Open Zazzle Order?

What is Domestic Shipping Service?

Zazzle offers 3 easy shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Express, Premium and Standard shipping services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 business days from the date of shipment (after manufacturing). Please allow 2-3 business days for Premium shipping, and 4-7 business days for Standard. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type. 

Special cases 

  • If you request shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO location, please choose the Standard shipping option 
  • If you request shipping to US territories, please be sure to choose the US Territory as the country and NOT the United States

Where is My Zazzle Order?

Once you have received your Zazzle shipping confirmation, please contact Customer Support if your package is taking longer to be delivered than was indicated to you during the checkout process.

How to Reorder At Zazzle?

Placing a new order for a product that was previously ordered is easy to do! You can access your original items and resubmit them for purchase by following the steps below: 

  1. Sign in to your Zazzle account 
  2. Click "My Account"
  3. Click on "Order History" in the left-hand navigation column
  4. Select the previous Order ID that contains the item(s) that you wish to re-order
  5. Click on the items (one at a time) that you'd like to re-order to open their detailed product view**
  6. If you need to make any modifications to the original design, click on the "Customize" button, and it will bring you to the original design creation palette for that item
  7. When you're ready to purchase your desired item, select "Add To Cart"
  8. Once you are done shopping, you may proceed to checkout.

What Should I Do If My Coupon / Promotional Code Doesn't Work?

If you have tried to apply your coupon or promotional code, but are not seeing the discount reflected, please take the following steps:

  1. Check the fine print of the promotional details (legal copy) for any product exclusions or exceptions that may have stopped the code from being applied. 
  2. Make sure that you are placing your order through the Zazzle domain (.com, .de, .co.uk, etc...) specified in the promotional details. Promotions and Coupons are almost always International domain specific.
  3. Many of Zazzle's promotional offerings may not be combined with any other Zazzle promotional or discount offers (including the automatically applied bulk discounts).
  4. Make sure the product is "Sold by Zazzle" rather than by a 3rd party.
