What is Zinvo's Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, you have up to 48 hours after completing your order on www.zinvowatches.com. To submit this request, please email Zinvo to info@zinvowatches.com. NO order can be canceled after the order is shipped. You would have to process a return as soon as the product arrives to you.

What is Return Policy Of Zinvo?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, Zinvo does extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. Zinvo accepts returns within 30 days of the date of receipt. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging. Made-to-order items are not returnable. Once Zinvo receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you as Zinvo complete the return process. To check the status of an existing return, or to initialize a return, please contact Zinvo.

Does Zinvo Ship to Other Countries?

Most of Zinvo's orders are shipped from facility in the UK. After your payment is verified, it takes 24-48 hours to process and ship out your order. Please note that Zinvo does not ship any order during the weekends or holidays. It takes around 3-7 days for your shipment to arrive. Shipping parters are Royal Mail or Fedex, depending on your location and the shipping zone. If your item is backordered, you will be notified by email within the first 24 hours. If the order is placed on Friday it will most likely be shipped the following Monday. You as a recipient will be responsible for any additional charges such as customs fees.

How Long Does USA, Canada Shipping last?

If your item is backordered, you will be notified by email within the first 24 hours. If the order is placed on Friday it will most likely be shipped the following Monday.

How to Claim the Warranty Of Zinvo?

You must ship or bring the defective Products to ZINVO or one of authorized representative partners. Please contact Zinvo at info@zinvowatches.com for information where to ship or bring defective Product and consult with ZINVO’s Return Policy on the website. 

When shipping or bringing your Products to specified location, please pack it carefully and securely.

Be sure to include (i) to include your name, (ii) mailing address (street, city, state, zip code), (iii) preferred phone number (with country and area code), (iv) email address (to help expedite your Warranty claim), (v) copy of order acceptance email or notification and (vi) your note explaining the nature of the problem.

When shipping, Zinvo will recommend that you insure your Products against damage, theft or loss. Zinvo is not responsible for damage, theft or loss during shipping.

In most of the cases, the repair will be completed within 4-6 weeks. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, parts backorders or unique repairs that affect any repair or times.

Out-of-warranty Work and Maintenance of ZINVO Products: For out-of-warranty work, an estimate as to cost and time will be provided, whereby approval and payment for such services must be obtained prior to processing any such request.

What is Zinvo Terms Of Warranty?

ZINVO warrants to you that ZINVO Products will be free from breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt (“Warranty”).

Limitation: This Warranty does not extend to the watchstrap, bracelet, finish and crystal.

Warranty Claim: In case of a valid Warranty claim, Zinvo will repair, or, at our option, replace any defective Products with the same or a comparable product at our cost. Zinvo may refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

No Other Remedies: You shall have no other remedies whatsoever in case of a Warranty claim. Without limitation, you shall not be entitled to any damages whatsoever (including without limitation compensatory, incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages arising from any or all uses of the Products) or a rescission of the sale and purchase contract for any reason.

Null and Void Warranty: The Warranty will become null and void if ZINVO Product is modified or altered, misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart, or if ZINVO Product is repaired by anyone other than ZINVO or one of our authorized repair centers.

What is Zinvo's Privacy Policy?

If the opportunity to type in personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses) is given, the input of that data takes place voluntarily. The use and payment of all offered services through website are permitted – if and so far technically possible and reasonable – without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. ZINVO will not sell, transfer or give up personal or business information received through this website to any third party unless ZINVO is required to do so under the law. ZINVO may use personal and business information received through this website for its own marketing purposes.
