After customer service team has reviewed your request and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing: 

• Credit card: Refunds will appear on the client’s next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund. Processing time may vary from Credit Card Company. 
• Paypal: Refunds will be refunded to the original account.

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for store credit or refund.

You may return a product for the following reasons: 

• You are not satisfied with its quality. 
• It does not fit. 
• It is different to the website description. 
• It is faulty.

Prices are shown on the site approximate the US Dollars (USD) values in your local currency by currency converter feature. 0cm does not support payment in currency other than US Dollars. If your credit/debit card, master card, PayPal account or other payment method is not denominated in US Dollars, the final amounts charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank or third-party payment processor in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please contact your provider (for example, your credit or bank card issuer) for information on what fees may apply, since these are not controlled by 0cm.com.

0cm will send you an e-mail when your order has been shipped. The e-mail will have all details including the tracking number and a direct link that will enable you to keep check on the status of the shipment. The status of the shipment will also appear in your registered account with their website. In the event there is a delay, 0cm will ensure that clients are notified directly by them. International shipping by Air Mail service is not available for tracking.

• Any orders received during out of business hours will be processed the next day. 
• Estimated transit time after dispatch may take up to 2 weeks subject to stock availability.

0cm is proud to offer free worldwide shipping with international post service and there are no additional Import Fees to pay on delivery. 0cm cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Prices on line are ALL-INCLUSIVE which means that are exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax), and include shipping and import fees.

Free delivery will be applied automatically at checkout. 0cm shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of 0cm.
