Dacoz, the Plus Side, the Dacoz logo, the Plus Side logo, and icons and marks identifying Dacoz or Plus Side products and services are trademarks of Dacoz and may not be used without the written consent of the Dacoz. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without Dacoz' express written authorization. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, alter, modify, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service. The Dacoz respects the intellectual property of others and we require that our users do the same. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information that you do not have legal authorization to use.
You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots", "spiders", "offline readers", etc., that accesses Dacoz.com in a manner that sends more request messages to the Dacoz.com servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Dacoz.com grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. If you are a competitor to Dacoz.com, you hereby acknowledge that Dacoz.com is private property and you are not allowed to access Dacoz.com. Additionally, you hereby agree that you will leave Dacoz.com immediately and will not access it further, nor will you direct others to access Dacoz.com for any competitive purposes.

The Terms and the relationship between you and the Dacoz shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and the Dacoz agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of New Castle, Delaware. The failure of the Dacoz to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
