What to Do If I Have an Order / Delivery Problem?

If you have an order or delivery problem, please contact Customer Service Department on your account and send Glossybox a picture of your order with a brief explanation of the situation. The Customer Service team will listen to you and help you find a solution that suits the situation. 

I Canceled My Subscription, But My Box Was Shipped

If the cancellation is made before the last working day of the month but your Beauty Box has been shipped please contact Customer Service. 

Please note that you can not cancel your subscription for 3 or 12 months before the end of the subscription. However, you can cancel the renewal before the last business day of the month of your subscription (for example, if your subscription ends in June 2018, it should be canceled before June 29).

How Long Was I to Cancel My Order?

You have 14 days to cancel any subscription. You will therefore have 14 days to contact the Customer Service team who will be at your service during this period. For your second beauty box and the following you will not be able to cancel, you will have to disable the automatic renewal feature in your account if you no longer wish to receive our beauty boxes. 

What are the Benefits Of Completing the Beauty Profile?

The beauty profile contains questions about your preferences, your age or your skin and hair type. The beauty profile helps Glossybox customize your Box by selecting products and brands that may be more suitable for you than others. 

To explore new trends and new products, the Boxes may occasionally contain products different from your preferences mentioned in your beauty profile. Let yourself be surprised!

What is a Glossycredit?

GLOSSYCredits are a credit to use on site for a new subscription or box in limited edition. 

You will earn GLOSSYCredits every time you: 

  • Sponsor a friend 
  • Order a boxing (for yourself or to offer it)
  • Fill in your beauty profile
  • Complete the questionnaires on a product or a box
  • Share your product reviews
  • Fill in the brand questionnaires

Whenever you perform any of the actions listed above, you will receive GLOSSYCredits on your account the same day. 

How to Disengage Subscriptions Of 1, 3, 6 Or 12 Months?

The disengagement of 1, 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions will not take effect until the end of the subscription plan chosen and once all the boxes have been shipped. At this point, the subscription will be completed. However, you will need to request the disengagement of this subscription before the last working day, or you will receive the next box.

How to React a Subscription?

To reactivate a subscription, proceed as follows: 

  1. Log in to your GLOSSYBOX account. 
  2. Click the "Subscriptions and Orders" tab. 
  3. In the "Subscriptions and Orders" section, click Reactivate subscription. 
  4. Select the subscription you want. 
  5. When choosing a payment, select the payment method you want. 

Will I Receive My Next Box Automatically?

Yes, the renewal of the subscription is automatic, so you do not have to worry about your next box. 

By subscribing to a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month plan, you pay the entire subscription immediately and in one go. These formulas are automatically renewed. 

On the other hand, if you take advantage of a gift subscription offered by one of your relatives, you will not receive any Box once the subscription is finished.
