Returns can be made within 28 day of receipt for refund of an item. Exchanges can be made for different colours or sizes provided they are in stock.
For returns outside the 28 day period House of Holland will happily exchange the product to the value that it was purchased at.
Please note that in the interest of hygiene, tights, underwear, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
Eyewear in sale may not be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
In all cases items being returned should be in their original condition, which should include tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to duty and/or tax. All duty and tax charges are payable by the recipient, and are not the responsibility of House of Holland nor any of its agents.
House of Holland aims to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition, and in the possible shortest time. Once House of Holland has processed and fulfilled your order you will automatically be emailed tracking details to the email address supplied during the ordering process. If you do not/have not received your tracking details please email customerservice@houseofholland.co.uk.
In the event that there is a problem with your order, or if and item(s) is out of stock, House of Holland will notify you via the email you provided during the ordering process.
International / Overseas orders are shipped via DPD or DHL depending on country of destination.
