How Long Will It Take to Process My Return?

Return In Store 
If you returned your order to one of their stores, the process begins immediately and will take between 3 and 5 business days to post to method of payment.  

Return by Mail 
Returns by mail take longer because of shipment time. 

Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after your package has been scanned by the return carrier. Once your refund has been processed, PacSun will send you an automated email with all the pertinent details. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your original* method of payment. 

No Exchanges. All returns are for refund or store credit as defined in the return policy.  

All refunds are posted to the same method of payment used on your original order. 

Why Was I Charged Twice?

Every payment method is initially authorized, not charged, when an online order is placed to be sure funds are available. This pending authorization will fall off your account automatically, usually within a couple of business days.  

Some payment methods remove pending authorizations faster than others. Please contact your payment provider for more information.

When Will I Be Charged for My Online Order?

Online Orders    
If you are shipping to one of PacSun's stores, you will be charged when you place your order. If you are shipping anywhere else, you will be charged when PacSun ship your order. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax. 

Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store    
If you have your order sent to one of our stores for pickup, you will be charged as soon as you place your order. If you do not pick up the order at the store you will be refunded and the items you ordered will be added to the store's inventory.

Which Payment Methods Does PacSun Offer?

For domestic orders, PacSun accepts the following payment methods: 

Credit and Debit Cards (Must be issued in the U.S.) 

  • Visa 
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

PacSun Gift Cards and eGift Cards (May not be used in combination with PayPal.)

PayPal (Orders cannot be returned to stores and must be returned by mail.)

Does PacSun Offer Free Shipping?

PacSun offers free shipping and returns on your whole order when purchasing a pair of regular priced shoes. Shop PacSun’s new shoe fashions, pick your favorites, and return them for free if they don’t work out. Just attach the prepaid, preaddressed return label at the bottom of the invoice and return the package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility. 

To take advantage of free returns, be sure to return your package within 60 days of date of purchase. You must use PacSun’s prepaid label to qualify for free return shipping. Returns sent after 60 days are subject to return shipping charges or refusal. 

Qualifying orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and will arrive via U.S. Postal Service. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, and Military APO/FPO do not qualify for free shipping and free returns.

What is the Delivery Guarantee Of PacSun?

PacSun offers an on-time shipping guarantee. After processing and shipping, if your domestic order is not delivered within the specified delivery date as found on the shipping table, PacSun will refund the shipping cost. 

The refund will be credited to the same method of payment that you used for the initial purchase. 

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and orders shipping internationally. 

Military APO/FPO orders typically take 14-16 business days to be delivered; however, depending on the location, it may take longer.

What If I Want to Change the the Ship-to Address?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified. For customer security, shipments must be sent to the address selected by the cardholder during purchase.

Can I Change My Order Or Cancel It?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because the team picks and packs your order right away, and wraps all the orders together on pallets which are sealed for shipment regardless of when they actually ship.

What is the Shipment Timeframe?

If you selected Standard shipping, most orders will ship the next business day if ordered by 1:30PM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by USPS. 

If you selected Express shipping, most orders will ship the next business day if ordered by 1:30PM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by FedEx. 

If you selected 2nd Day shipping, most orders will ship the same business day if ordered by 8:30AM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by FedEx. 

If you selected Overnight shipping, most orders will ship the same business day if ordered by 8:30AM Pacific. Packages will be delivered by FedEx. 

PacSun will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders shipped Express, 2nd Day and Overnight will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders shipped FedEx SmartPost will not be delivered on Sundays or holidays.
