You may return any item within 14 days after receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund for the returned item once they receive the package. Please contact PatPat at email@example.com with your return process.
Please note that any shipping fee of the returned package will not be included in the refund. You are responsible for the shipping fees of return.
This happen very rarely, but if it does happen, please contact PatPat right away at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't been settled and your order status is "Placed", you can cancel your order by visiting your order detail page. You can go to your order detail page by clicking "Track Your Order" button in your order confirmation email.
If your order has been settled and your order status is "Processing", please contact the customer service at email@example.com for order cancellation.
If your order status is "Assorting" or "Shipped", your order can't be cancelled. If you need any help about return, please contact the customer service after your order has been delivered.
Your card or PayPal will be charged within 24 hours since the order is submitted, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.
