National Holidays and Express Delivery

NUK USA LLC cannot ship packages on days that are US national holidays. The following dates are affected:

  • Monday, May 30 (Memorial Day)
  • Monday, July 4 (Independence Day)
  • Monday, September 5 (Labor Day)
  • Thursday, November 24 (Thanksgiving Day)
  • Saturday, December 24 (Christmas Eve)
  • Sunday, December 25 (Christmas Day)
  • Saturday, January 1 (New Year's Day 2017)

Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.

What is the Express Delivery Cut-off Times?

Items ordered by 2pm (ET) Monday-Friday will be shipped same day.

Items ordered after 2pm (ET) Friday will ship Monday.

PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories are shipped via Parcel Post, all other shipments are via FedEx.

In order to process your return or exchange they require completing the “returns/exchanges” section on your packing slip and including with your return. This area must be completed in full to include your contact number, return address, and if you are exchanging, what you would like in exchange for the returned item(s).
