Indicate on the table at the back of the package invoice which item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the item you are returning.
Fill out the Shipping Address box detailing where you would like the exchanged item(s) to be shipped. (New York & Company will pay the shipping charges for sending the new item back to you.)
Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the package invoice.
Attach the shipping label that is provided on the front of the invoice and mail the package to:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your nyandcompany.com purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the order date. We provide two easy ways to return*: to any New York & Company store (excluding New York & Company Outlet Stores) or by mail to nyandcompany.com. Items marked as "Final sale. No Returns" are not eligible for returns. Beauty products may be returned if unopened and in the original cellophane wrapping.
Items with colors and sizes that are available to be picked up at your local NY&C store will display a “Pick Up In Store” button on the item page. Click on the button to enter a zip code and a mile radius, and New York & Company will let you know which stores in your selected area have what you want, in the color and size you need.
Once you've chosen a store, proceed to our online Checkout as usual. Your order can contain purchases you’ll pick up, those to be shipped to you, and/or those shipping as a gift to another destination.
