If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, Carol Wright Gifts will ship them as soon as they become available.
If you cannot wait, you may cancel the items from your order at anytime before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Simply send an email to Customer Service and include your order number.
Carol Wright Gifts is required to charge sales tax in Nebraska, New Jersey, and Ohio. Sales Tax will be correctly calculated during the Checkout process after you select your shipping address.

All orders will come with an enclosed packing slip and a return shipping label. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, just print and complete the merchandise return form below, and Carol Wright Gifts will promptly refund your purchase with no questions asked.
