If I Receive Back Orders, What Do I Do?

When an item you ordered is on manufacturer back order but Beauty Care Choices is told the item will be received within 7 business days, Beauty Care Choices will hold your order and notify you immediately via email. If the product does not come in within that time, Beauty Care Choices will automatically ship the remainder of your order. Your credit card will only be charged for the products they ship. If the total of your order falls below the minimum needed for free shipping due to a back ordered item not being available, you will still receive the free shipping.

If There Has Damage Packages, What Do I Do?

Contact Customer Service Team by calling (866) 409-7227 the day you receive your package,  Beauty Care Choices will provide you with a return authorization number and will immediately ship a replacement to you. Beauty Care Choices may also provide postage so you can return the damaged item to them and Beauty Care Choices appreciate your efforts in doing this. (Please be aware that mail carriers will pick-up your package from your home or business, so it isn't necessary to make a trip to the post office to send back the item). Beauty Care Choices will not accept damage claims made more than five days after you receive your items.

If There Has Lost Packages, What Do I Do?

Lost packages are very rare. Beauty Care Choices will make every effort to ensure you receive your products by using only UPS and USPS. When your package is shipped Beauty Care Choices send you an e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment. Click on the tracking link to see the status of your shipment. If you have checked your order status and it is beyond the time you should have received your package:

Check with your carrier first to see if the package was left when you were not home.

Can I Change My Order Or Cancel My Order?

How Long Will My Order Be Shipped?

99% of all orders are shipped the same day and are delivered within 3 days!

BeautyCareChoices.com uses both the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail informing you of which carrier was used and then a tracking number email will follow for your convenience.

If  Beauty Care Choices is unable to ship your complete order, they will notify you via e-mail within 4 business days. 

  • Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipping date
  • Orders shipped via UPS will be delivered within 5-7 business days of the shipping date.
  • If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, a Military Address or another U.S. Territory, please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.
  • National holidays, weather and traffic can extend delivery times.

How Much Does the Shipping Costs?

For orders totaling less than $49, there is a flat shipping and handling charge of $7.95.
