Does Space NK Offer Free Returns?

FREE Returns on Online Orders and Store Purchases

  • For all UK returns to create and print a prepaid returns label*.
  • Peel the label off and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
  • Please allow up to 4 working days after your return has been received for your refund or exchange to be processed.

*For Store Purchases please enter the slip number on your receipt instead of a Space NK Order Number when prompted. 

How to Return an Online Order to Store?

You can return your order to one of Space NK's stores; just make sure you bring your order confirmation or invoice with you. For refunds please ensure you have the original payment card with you. Excludes sale and clearance items.  

Please note that orders paid for with Klarna cannot be returned to a store for a refund or exchange. If you would like to return your order back to Space NK to create a prepaid returns label.

How to Return a European/International Order

For any parcels delivered outside of the UK, please ensure your parcel is sent back by Recorded Delivery. 

Space NK strongly recommends that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. Space NK is responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our warehouse.

Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unless an item is faulty, Space NK cannot refund return postage costs.

Opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can also be returned for an exchange within 28 days of purchase with a proof of purchase.

What Do I Do If I Receive Faulty Product From Space NK?

Space NK is always very disappointed on the rare occasions their customers receive a faulty item and they want to resolve these as quickly as possible. If you have identified the fault within 28 days of purchase, then you can return the item under normal returns procedure for an exchange or a refund. Make sure you let Space NK know about the fault so they can make sure other items are not affected. Space NK will refund any return postage cost on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for recorded delivery postage on the item.

Is UK Vat Included In the Price at Space NK?

All prices include VAT, the total for your order is confirmed at checkout before you proceed to pay and complete your order. Once your parcel arrives in its destination country, local taxes, duties, and charges may be added, which Space NK is not responsible for.

Please be aware that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from Space NK. Space NK is unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises.

Missing Item Or Sample From My Order, What Should I Do?

Missing item

Space NK is very sorry if something has been missed from your order. 

  • If the missing item is on your invoice and you’ve been charged then you’ll need to Contact Space NK as soon as possible. Please note that if you have placed a large order it may be shipped in two shipments.  
  • If the item is not included on your invoice or it does not state that it will follow shortly, then it is possible that the item is delayed or currently out of stock. Please Contact Space NK and they can always check the status of your order.

Missing sample

  • If you’re missing one or two of your samples. It doesn’t happen very often however, samples can go out of stock even if you’ve added them to your basket.

Space NK reserve the right to substitute samples or withdraw this service at any time.

How to Cancel Or Amend My Order?

Space NK is very quick at processing orders once they have been placed, so they cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or amended before it is dispatched but they will always try.

If you notice any errors in your order after placing it, please Contact Space NK after 45 minutes at which point they will be able to access your order and be more than happy to assist you.
