TireBuyer FAQ

Does TireBuyer Ship to Canada?

At this time TireBuyer is only able to ship within the 48 contiguous United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges apply).

What Happens If I Don’t Get My Same-day Delivery Tires the Same Day?

TireBuyer stands by same-day delivery promise – but as they all know, occasionally things happen. If you choose an eligible product and an eligible installer and TireBuyer is unable to deliver your tires on the same day you ordered them, TireBuyer will refund you $10 for each tire ordered.

Can I Ship My TireBuyer Order to My Home?

Yes, you can ship to your home. TireBuyer can also deliver your order directly to a TireBuyer installer in your area, for quick and convenient service with free delivery.

I Ordered Four Tires But I’ve Only Received Three. Where is the Fourth Tire?

TireBuyer will ship all the products for an order at the same time. Tires/wheels are not packaged or taped together because they would exceed the weight that the average person could lift.

In most cases, FedEx does not load all the tires on the delivery truck at the same time because the truck is filled to capacity. Generally the missing tire will arrive the next business day. If it doesn’t, please call TireBuyer at 866-961-8668.

Does TireBuyer Offer Free Returns?

For orders delivered to a TireBuyer installer:
Returns are free for these orders. TireBuyer use their own delivery trucks to deliver these orders to tire shops, so if you need to make a return, TireBuyer can pick up your items at the installer for free.

For orders shipped to your home or another address:
To return these orders, TireBuyer will use FedEx. There's a nominal return shipping charge which will be deducted from your refund:

  • $7.50 per tire for items dropped off at a FedEx location
  • $15 per tire for FedEx pick-up

Does TireBuyer Accept Money Orders / Checks?

Sorry, no. TireBuyer accepts major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.

Does TireBuyer Has Any Coupon Codes?

Occasionally TireBuyer runs promotions offering an instant discount via a coupon code. The best way to insure that you get those codes is to subscribe to our email newsletter (you can sign up at the bottom of our home page). Also, coupon codes may be advertised on/offered to certain affiliated sites.

When Will I Get My Refund From TireBuyer?

TireBuyer's average return/refund time varies based on the product ordered. In most cases, refunds/returns are completed within 7-10 business days from the time the return is requested.

How Do I Know If I Need 2-ply Or 4-ply Tires?

It all comes down to weight. The weight of your mower, golf cart, club car, or other equipment will determine whether you need 2-ply or 4-ply tires. For example, the weight of the engine that sits on the rear axle of zero-turn mowers will have an effect on the tire size. Snow plows, trailers, tillers, rear suitcase, on-wheel counter weights, or even a de-thatcher could take you from a 2 to a 4-ply.

If you’re still not sure if you need a 2-ply or 4-ply tire, give the lawn, garden, and golf tire experts a call at (866) 961-8668.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My TireBuyer Order?

TireBuyer will show an estimated delivery timeframe for each product on their website (for example, 1-3 business days), based on your Zip Code and the tire’s location. These timeframes are estimates and can’t be guaranteed, since many of TireBuyer's products are shipped via FedEx or other carriers.

TireBuyerwill make every effort to ship orders in time to meet the estimated delivery timeframe. If the product doesn’t ship from warehouse in time to meet the estimated timeframe, TireBuyer will refund your shipping charges. If your order was shipped free, TireBuyer will mail you one $15 Visa Prepaid Card per order. Please call TireBuyer at (866) 961-8668 to request these credits.

Will My Tires / Wheels Ship Out Today?

It depends on the time of your order, but most of TireBuyer's orders are processed and shipped out within 24 business hours.

Why Was I Charged for Shipping When the Site Says TireBuyer Offer Free Shipping?

Shipping is free on all tires, when you have your tires installed by a TireBuyer installer in your area.

If you choose tires to have your order shipped to a location other than a TireBuyer installer (such as your home), they charge a small shipping fee. If you do pay for shipping, you’ll pay a much lower rate than you would with competitors, thanks to the shipping volume parent company does with FedEx.

Want free shipping on your order? Just shop for the tires you want, then choose a local installer when you check out.
