B&H Gift Cards will never expire. And no fees are charged. However, if you have any B&H Rewards points (earned through purchases), they do expire 6 months from the date they were issued.

If your order is shipping to an address in the State of New York or New Jersey, or being picked up in their Manhattan SuperStore, local sales tax will be automatically assessed unless the account is registered as tax-exempt. BH Photo does not collect taxes on any other domestic (USA) orders.

In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Visit the Start A Return page for step-by-step instructions. BH Photo recommends you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. BH Photo cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If for whatever reason an item is listed as out of stock, please double-check the availability listing to be sure BH Photo hasn't already provided an estimated restocking date. In most cases, domestic orders placed before 4PM ET (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Thursday will ship that same day. On Fridays, orders must be placed before 12PM ET.

Customers with USA billing addresses will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping. However, a credit card authorization hold occurs at the time the order is placed. Credit card customers with non-USA billing addresses will be charged in full at the time of purchase.
