Yes, Buybuy BABY ship to US military addresses. Orders shipping to US military addresses should go through their domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as their other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.  

Please note: Oversized items are not available for shipping to military addresses. Item(s) must be less than 70 lbs in weight and less than 108" in total length and girth. 

• For orders that qualify for Free Shipping, a fee of $4.99 will be charged. 
• For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, a fee of 9.99 will be charged.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable for preference returns, refusing delivery upon arrival or if you're unable to accept the order at time of delivery.

Please note: The BEYOND + Free Shipping offer cannot be applied to Same Day Delivery Orders. 

• If the delivery partner attempts delivery but you are not available and they cannot find a safe place to leave the order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided during checkout. 
• If the Deliv driver is unable to complete delivery for any reason, the product will be returned back to the store and your refund will be submitted for processing.

Yes, Bed Bath & Beyond stores will accept buybuy BABY gift cards and store credit.

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities. It is calculated based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. 

International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.

Most of the items listed on the site are available in their Fulfillment Centers and should ship out within one to two business days. Items shipping from their stores or from the vendor directly may take longer.  

If there are multiple items on your order, some may ship before others. Buybuy BABY will send a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and order details whenever any of your items ship. 

Yes, returns can be made at any of our stores nationwide. Simply provide your original receipt or packing slip and  Buybuy BABY will complete an exchange or merchandise refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment. 

Please Note: Truck Delivery Item(s), i.e. large/oversized items for which delivery must be scheduled, cannot be returned to any of our stores. 

Yes, but please remember Buybuy BABY's goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

You will have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please call the customer service center at 1-877-3-BUY-BABY® (1-877-328-9222) as quickly as possible.
