Please refer to the care label on each garment for the specific care instructions for your product. Cake Maternity recommends flexwire bras are hand washed in cold water to prevent the underwire from getting caught on other items or the machine itself during washing. 

Standard 100 by Oeko-tex® is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system. All garments are made from Oeko-tex® 100 certified componentry – meaning all fabrics and accessories are tested for harmful substances from environmentally friendly production.

Cake Maternity has developed a Fit Guide which would give you a size recommendation for the Cake garments. The size recommendation is determined by deducting the bust size measurement in inches from the recommended band size (32,34,36 etc) and referring to the cup size chart to determine the cup size. 

Cake Maternity recommends using your current bra size as a guide to understanding the bra size you will require for maternity/nursing bras. You should also take into account how far along in your pregnancy/ post-birth you are as well as personal fit preference.

Most women will require nursing pads at the early stages of breastfeeding, to absorb the excess milk and protect your clothing from wetness and stains. They come in many shapes, sizes, and thicknesses too, to suit your needs.

There are no duties or additional shipping charges for deliveries to Australia, NZ, UK, US & European Union countries. Duty charges may apply to other countries, which Cake Maternity will not be responsible for. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs department for import duties in your country, state or region.

Once your order is lodged with the courier company you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped with the tracking details.

Cake Maternity also offers an economy shipping option to selected the rest of the world destinations. Economy shipping sent via local carrier as a tracked service with no signature upon delivery. Delivery is approximately 3-10 business days depending on destination. Please refer to the checkout page for postage cost calculations for your region.

Do note, charges for all orders are processed in local currency as indicated above.

International orders are sent via UPS Express and generally arrive within 2-6 working days. Australian orders are sent via AusPost and generally arrive within 2-6 working days.
