Churches in the United States and Canada will receive printed programs. Small churches will receive 50 programs with their registration and Large churches will receive 100 programs. Programs will begin shipping approximately one month before the event. The program is not an outline of the content covered during the simulcast, but rather a place for participants to take notes.

Canadian hosts will be responsible for taxes + duties of programs, so receiving and/or ordering programs is optional. Canadian hosts can order additional programs by clicking on the link above. NOTE: International hosts (with the exception of Canada) do not receive physical programs. They will have access to a free PDF download that will be posted on the host website. Programs are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.

The price listed for our download products is a per session price. So if the study you are looking at offers more than one session, that price would be for each session that you purchase. These are designed to be used by group members who may have missed a session or two from their group, and are priced as individual sessions to accomidate these needs.

Once you have purchased the download, you will see a link to download the file onto your computer. Once you have downloaded the file, it becomes your property. The file will remain on your computer for as long as you allow. It can also be re-downloaded at any time from your Order History (My Downloads is for purchases made on our former web site). It can only be viewed by the individual who purchased it, as it is only licensed for individual use (unless labeled as Small Group Use).

LifeWay Christian Stores do not offer Bible imprinting for online orders. However LifeWay Christian Stores do have a couple of options. You can order the Bible from Customer Service Department at 1-800-458-2772 and they can manually add the imprinting service to your Bible order, or you can purchase a Bible at a LifeWay Christian Store and the engraving can be done at the store location.

Please log into the "My Account" link located at the top of the LifeWay.com homepage. Sign In using your E-mail Address and Password, which you used originally when ordering the download.

On the Account Management page select "My Downloads". From the My Downloads page you will need to click on the Download Files button to pull up your download links for this purchase.

Once you have located the correct product, RIGHT-click on the blue file link. Then LEFT-click the 'Save Target As' or 'Save Link As' option to download the file to your computer (make a note of where the file is being saved to so you can find it easily later). That's it! Just repeat the steps for each of the files you ordered.
