How Long Does the Coverage Last?
Nokia Limited Warranty for Nokia digital health Products runs for ONE (1) YEAR from the date you initially purchased the Product.
What is the Warranty Covered?
This Warranty covers any Nokia branded digital health product (“Product”), available for sale on Nokia webstore allowing the purchase of the Products, against defects in materials or workmanship, when used fully in accordance with Nokia digital health’s published guidelines attached to each Product.
How Do I Exercise My Right Of Withdrawal?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, You must inform Nokia Health of your decision to withdraw from the Contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) or by contacting our Support. To help us to improve our Products, Nokia Health may ask You to explain your decision.
Will I Be Able to Track My Order?
Yes. All shipment methods have tracking enabled. You will get a link to track your package as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
How Much is Shipping Fee?
Once you've entered your shipping address, shipping costs are calculated and added to your order total.
Shipping is free for orders from $115 | €115 | £99, except for orders shipped to Canada, Mexico and Norway.
