How Do I Calculate Shipping Time?
Shipping from PartyCity.com is FAST and easy! Most orders placed by 3:00 pm EST, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing credit card information is correct, the shipping address is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a Holiday.
How Does Party City Ship?
Partycity.com ships with UPS. Orders less than 10 pounds may ship via Surepost, which is a partnership between UPS and the USPS. Your postal carrier will make the final delivery to your home within 1 – 6 business days after your order ships from our warehouse in Illinois. If you need your product faster Party City offers a number of expedited shipping methods to meet your shipping needs.
If I Need to Return My Order, How Do I Do It?
Party City will gladly accept requests for returns within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
Does Party City Carry the Same Products In Stores As Party City Does Online?
Selection and price may vary by store and market as well as from store to website. If you see an item online you'd like to purchase in your local store call your nearest Party City and ask if they have the item in stock and Party City will gladly check for you.
Does Party City Accept Back Orders for Items Not Currently In Stock?
No, unfortunately Party City is only able to accept orders for products that they have in stock to ship immediately.
How Do I Know If Something is In Stock?
The system of Party City will not let an order get placed for an item that is out of stock. You will be notified if the quantity or item you are requesting is not available.
What is Party City's Retail Store Return Policy?
Party City gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase only with unopened packages accompanied with a receipt. The provision of a valid email address at time of purchase will facilitate easy access to an electronic receipt and enhance the return process.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter and Halloween Items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, unopened with receipt only.
