If a problem is found in the tracking, you can either contact the courier if your package is still there, or customer service team if the package has already been returned to the warehouse. In general, DPD will keep a parcel for 2 weeks before returning it to Petit Bateau.

No,  once your order has been confirmed, it can't be changed. Which means you can't change, delete or add anything.
