What is the RadioShack.com Purchase Return Policy?
At RadioShack.com RadioShack wantS you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other additional charges. See the “Exceptions” section for products covered by our 14 day return program.
What is the Shipping Rules and Restrictions?
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Two Day delivery for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii require 2-3 additional business days for delivery.
Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Note that all orders shipped or billed to APO / FPO addresses are eligible for FREE shipping.
How Much is the Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
What is the Shipping Methods Of RadioShack?
