Is Smashclub Service Free?
Message and data rates may apply. Although Smashburger does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages, you may be charged by your carrier depending upon your text message plan.
What is the Information Of Indemnification?
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Smashburger and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the “Smashburger Parties”) harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from your use of the Service.
How Smashburger Use My Information?
Smashburger may uses your information to:
- register you for an account on the Online Services, including a Rewards or other loyalty program account, and manage and maintain your account;
- administer surveys, contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions through our Online Services or through social media;
- rovide you with products and services you request; send you emails or other information or materials you request; respond to your questions and comments and provide customer support;
- communicate with you about our and our affiliates’ products, services, offers, and promotions;

Smashburger’s Privacy Policy, available at smashburger.com is hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement. Please be advised that data obtained from you in connection with the Service, including but not limited to your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and other information you provide to Smashburger in connection with the Services will be treated in accordance with their Privacy Policy. By signing up for the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of such information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
How Do I Sign Up for the Smashclub Service?
Sign up for the Rewards Service by downloading the Smashburger mobile application, by visiting smashburger.com/smashclub, or by visiting smashburger.com.
What is the Smashclub Service and How Many Text Messages Will I Receive?
SmashClu is a Smashburger® marketing program. Text messages will only be sent to the mobile phone number used to opt into the program. We will not send more than 5 messages per month to your mobile phone number in connection with the SmashClub Service.
