What is the Udder Covers's Shipping Policies?


Shipping Policies, Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped out using poly envelopes unless otherwise indicated. The item(s) may be shipped from any of the warehouses, including Utah, Ohio, and/or direct from our manufacturer in China.

Udder Covers ships items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If Udder Covers anticipates a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
International Shipments

Udder Covers does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Udder Covers does not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

What is the Udder Covers' General Return Policy?


All product returns require approval from the customer service team within 14 days of receipt of product.
Upon receipt of returned product Uddercovers.com will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) minus (if applicable) any shipping and handling fees, insurance fees, or embroidery fees.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by Udder Covers:

  • Any product not purchased from Uddercovers.com
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:

  • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service
  • within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
  • Udder Covers DOES NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.
  • Udder Covers is unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color).
