What is the Opened Cartridges?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your ink cartridges, you may return the product for exchange or refund within 1-Year of your purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
How Do I Deal With the Unopened Cartridges?
You may return unopened cartridges for exchange, refund or credit of the purchase price for a new order within 1-Year of your purchase.Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
How Do I Deal With the Empty Cartridges?
If a laser toner or ink cartridge is returned for refund and contains less than 30% toner/ink remaining in the cartridge, it is considered empty and will not be covered under our warranty and there will be no refund issued.
This can be determined by reading the chip/circuitry on the cartridge which gives 1ink information on the number of pages printer as well as the density of the printed pages (text, photo, etc…)
What Shipping Methods Does 1ink Accept?
To ensure the quickest delivery time 1ink works with various carriers, including US Priority Mail, UPS Ground Shipping and US First Class Mail. The shipping method will depend on the size and weight of the package.
How Much Shipping Charges to the Non-contiguous U.S.?
Items shipped to the Non-Contiguous US will incur a flat shipping fee of $19.95. These states include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, APO and FPO.
How Much Shipping Charges to the Contiguous U.S.?
- Free Shipping on all orders over $55
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $55
Please note that free shipping applies to the grand total that exceeds $65.00 after the coupon code is subtracted, and before tax (if applicable) is calculated.
