Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM EST, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided Amore Pacific at checkout.

If you wish to return a AmorePacific product purchased from the web site at amorepacific.com , please contact AmorePacific at support@amorepacific.zendesk.com. AmorePacific will process your request and provide you with a return form that AmorePacific will ask you complete and include with your return.

Please use the original packaging, if possible.

Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. AmorePacific recommends using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, AmorePacific recommends that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.
