What If I Need to Cancel My Order ?


Once an order is placed online in most cases it CANNOT be cancelled although Bulk Office Supply will make every effort to do so. If you place an order and decide to cancel it.

  1. Email Bulk Office Supply immediately and
  2. Call Bulk Office Supply immediately if it is during our normal business hours 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time since a call will get immediate attention and an email may not be viewed promptly. (800)658-1488.  

An order placed online is often released to the local warehouse within minutes of placement. Once the order is released to the local warehouse it is impossible to stop and is considered shipped. All shipped orders must be accepted by the customer upon delivery and the steps to obtain a Return Authorization must be followed.

What If My Items Arrive Defective Or I Am Missing Something From My Order?


Please inspect your order carefully for defects and shortages upon receipt.

Shortages and defective claims must be received within 1 business day of receiving order.

To report a claim call (800)658-1488.  Defective items will be picked up at Bulk Office Supply's expense.  Replacement product will be shipped at NO CHARGE and prepaid UPS labels will be emailed for your return.  
Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the prepaid return labels. 

If  the defective product is not returned after 30 days your credit card will be charged for the replacement order.

The following manufacturers have chosen to handle defective product claims directly. These manufacturers will not allow BulkOfficeSupply.com to handle claims directly.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax On Bulk Office Supply?


Sales tax will be calculated and collected according to the delivery point of your order. 

Taxes for New York, Florida, California and Tennessee  will be charged at checkout and Remitted by jurisdiction to each state.
Taxes for Tennessee: Orders shipping to Tennessee from suppliers and Manufacturers that have Nexus, taxes will be remitted in accordance with the drop ship provisions of your state. Bulk Office Supply will collect and remit the tax directly to the warehouse that ships your order. Bulk Office Supply will only collect tax if the respective shipper is charging us Tennessee sales tax in accordance with the states drop ship provisions.
