If tracking shows delivered:

1. It seems a little silly, but check with other family members and make sure they didn't grab it. (I've totally had my husband do this before and he'll set it somewhere that I would never see it and totally forget about it!) 
2. Check all around the house, sometimes postal workers will put it in "hiding" spots if it doesn't appear that someone is home or if it's too large to fit in a mailbox. 
3. Ask your mail delivery person if they remember delivering the package and if so where they may have placed it. 
4. If none of these are the case, Darn Good Yarn will ask that you wait 3 business days after the stated delivery date as a lot of orders do show up a couple days later. 
5. If these 3 business days go by and nothing happens, please send us an email to info@darngoodyarn.com so Darn Good Yarn can start the process of filing a claim and getting a new order sent to you. 

If tracking is stuck: 

• Being an e-commerce business, sometimes we have to deal with lost and/or stuck packages with the post office. Darn Good Yarn is super sorry your order happened to be one of those cases. Not to worry! Please send us an email to info@darngoodyarn.com letting us know your item is stuck and we will re-ship your order!

Yes! If you are purchasing a subscription Darn Good Yarn offer a special rate of $10 per subscription. For all other orders, Darn Good Yarn currently offer competitive flat rate shipping to the following countries (so make sure you stock up!). 

• Canada - $14.99 
• UK - $20.99 
• Australia - $22.99 
• For all other countries not listed, you will be charged a flat rate of $20.99. 

Please allow 24 - 48 hours processing time for all orders with the exception of subscriptions. (Fun Fact: All orders are hand packed with love by our fulfillment partner, Schenectady ARC, who employ adults with developments disabilities to participate in meaningful employment.) Once an order has shipped, standard shipping arrives in approximately 5-7 business days provided no acts of God have taken place. Expedited shipping (once shipped) arrives in approximately 2-4 business days.

SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you are waiting for your very first subscription, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. After that, your account will renew each month on the 1st. This will start your monthly cycles of being billed on the 1st and shipping on the 15th-20th. This gap in time allows us to make sure that we have done proper quality control and also time to get all subscriptions packed! As soon as your subscription ships, we will email you a confirmation which includes tracking information to track your order to your doorstep! 

PS - For international orders, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days.

When using a coupon code and checking out in Paypal you must complete the checkout process in Paypal and then your screen will re-direct you to the Darn Good Yarn checkout page (its a little bit of a pain but totally worth the savings). Once you are re-directed you can enter your coupon code in the "Gift Cards or Discount Codes" box and then select apply. 

Unfortunately no, coupon codes will not work on sale items or promotions. If you have multiple items in your cart, the discount will only be reflected on non-sale items.

Only one coupon code per order may be applied. Feel free to save your codes and use them for future orders (just make sure they won't expire).

Can't find where to put your coupon code? No worries! Follow the steps outlined below:

1. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the shopping bag icon highlighted in red.  
2. Once you are viewing your cart, select Checkout. 
3. If you are checking out on a Desktop: Enter your customer information on the left side of the screen then go to the right side of the screen and enter your coupon code in the box that says "gift card or discount code" and hit apply then complete your order. 

If you are checking out on a Mobile Device: Enter your customer information and select continue to shipping information. Then, enter your shipping information and select continue to payment method. Once you are on the payment method screen, enter your coupon code in the box that says "gift card or discount code" and hit apply. From there you can complete your order.

If Darn Good Yarn made a mistake, they will always make it right at no expense to you. 

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Darn Good Yarn for a refund or exchange within 60 days unless the product was a closeout or final sale item. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition unworn. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned. If you are exchanging 2 or more items, there will be a $5 fee to cover shipping new product to you.  

Please note final sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable. All subscriptions, clearance & closeout items are final sale.
