How to Cancel an Order?
Most orders are transmitted to their warehouse and various distributors within minutes of when you submit the order.
If you need to cancel an order please contact CustomerService@fye.com and FYE will do their best to cancel the order before it ships.

Can My Friend Hang Out In Line With Me and Then Leave When We Get to the Artist?
Only those people with wristbands obtained through check-in will be allowed past check-in to get in line. You can persuade your friend to pre-order the album and see the artist with you!
I Ordered for a Friend and the Printout With Code Has My Name. Will My Friend Be Able to Use It?
Yes, if you have the printout with the code and the attendee knows the name it's under you will be fine! Remember to have them bring the printout with code to the event!
How to Place an Order for a New Customer?
At any time after your order is complete, you can log into "Your Account" to track the status of your order. To place an order, follow these simple steps:
- Browse the storefront until you find the item you wish to purchase.
- Click on "Add to Cart" from the product that you would like to purchase.
- You will proceed to the shopping cart. (To continue shopping, click the 'Continue Shopping' button.)
- Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button. (To change quantity, enter the desired amount and click the "update" link.
- Choose the "New Customer Sign-In" to create an account if you have never placed an order with us before. (Click "Returning Customer", if you have placed an order before).
- Enter Contact Information, Credit Card Information, and Billing Address and then click "Continue".
- Add a Shipping Address for your order (if different than the billing address) then click "Continue".
- If you have a coupon or certificate, please ensure to click the "Coupon, In-store Credit or Gift Certificate" link on the Order Review Page.
- To change shipping methods, click the "Shipping" link located on the Order Review Page. (If you are not given the option to change the shipping method, only one method is available for that item.)
- Review your order on the Order Review Page. Please ensure that any discounts submitted are appearing correctly.
- Click "Submit" to complete your order.
- Print the Checkout Page for your records.

About FYE
FYE, (formerly stylized as f.y.e.; acronym for "For Your Entertainment"), is a chain of entertainment retail stores in the United States. As one of several Trans World Entertainment brands, it began in 1993 and was expanded in 2001 after buying out and rebranding mall-based Camelot, Strawberries, Record Town and Coconuts stores.
The first FYE store opened in 1993 at the Trumbull Mall (now Westfield Trumbull) in Trumbull, Connecticut. A second later opened in Eastview Mall in Victor, New York, and a third at Colonie Center in Colonie, New York in 1997.
In 2001, Trans World unified its other mall-based stores under the "f.y.e." name after buying out Camelot Music. During that year, a major re-branding campaign made f.y.e. the brand name for all of Trans World Entertainment's mall-based retail stores as well as many freestanding locations, though some freestanding or strip mall stores continued to operate under regional brands like Planet Music. In 2016 the company changed the store and website branding to "FYE".
