Hayneedle strives to ship all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, all items that ship within 2 business days cannot be cancelled once the item(s) have been purchased. For all items that ship in 3 business days or more, they will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. 

If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by the customer service department. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit the Help Center for more information about our return and exchange policy.

In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call 1-888-880-4884. To ensure timely processing of your cancellation, please do not send your request via email. 

There's no limit to the amount of Reward points you can earn, but there are limitations on ways in which you can earn them. Please see below:  

• Additional purchases: no limit
• Product review(s):
• Review must be on a product you've purchased and received
• Limit of 1 review per product
• Maximum of 5 reviews per month

Yes, Reward points do expire, but you have a full 180 days to use them. Hayneedle will send you reminder emails to let you know when your Reward points are set to expire.

Your Reward points can be redeemed during checkout on most purchases. You can combine your Reward points with any credit card purchase. Please note, at this time, Reward points cannot be combined with PayPal/PayPal Credit or Affirm purchases.

No, past purchases are not eligible for earning Reward points.

Yes, you may cancel your membership by clicking Opt Out in your account. 

If a purchase is cancelled or returned, you will not receive Reward points for that purchase. If you have already redeemed those Reward points, your refund will reflect the redemption amount.

It's easy - every time you place an order with your credit card - including Visa Checkout, Reward points will be credited to your membership account. For every dollar spent, you earn 3% in Reward points for use on future purchases. Please note, at this time, Reward points cannot be earned on orders purchased with PayPal/PayPal Credit or Affirm financing.
